You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please remember that shipping delays can be anticipated during busier seasons. Le Prelov is not responsible for lost or stole packages, customs fees, or shipping delays due to outside circumstances.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order at info@leprelov.com. We’ll be happy to give you store credit for future purchase.

All returns must be shipped within 5 business days from the date of receiving the return shipping label.

Please note that the shipping label charge will be deducted from your credit store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags/labels.

Items purchased on sale are finale sale.
